AAFEX offering a new service to its members
In order to promote the Watchdog for product quality at critical workstations in food SMEs (steps of receiving and processing and packaging), AAFEX wants to support its member companies to develop certain types of measuring instruments (thermometers, refractometers, moisture, etc.).

The purpose of the accompanying AAFEX is to introduce the quality at the same level duposte work and train personnel. This allows to control and continuously improve the quality of products on the market.

There is thus provided as part of this support for AAFEX, to support the eligible member companies to the acquisition of the following measuring instruments:

Versatile thermometers (liquid and semi-solid) with penetration probe:
professional thermometers sting (-50 to 150 ° C): 15
Pocket refractometers PAL3 0-93% Brix (auto): 20
moisture
As part of this program, AAFEX will cover 50% of the purchase costs of measuring instruments.

Member companies wishing to use this service are requested to inform the manifestion of joint interest and to allocate it to AAFEX later than Friday, May 27, 2016.

II. Energy Program: Energy audit companies members AAFEX

As part of its AAFEX Energy Programme is concerned to ensure equipment operation safety in member companies and in particular to reduce costs énergétiques.Il is well planned to make available to the member companies of the AAFEX consultants for conducting energy audits.
These audits will help diagnose, identify, measure electrical values (voltage, current, etc.) of electrical installations of member companies to establish a corrective action plan and continuous improvement through the implementation of a maintenance management plan for equipment and training on site.Les 4 stages of the energy audit AAFEX:
1. Site visit

physical audit of electrical installations
Census of power equipment installed
Measurements of the electrical values (voltage, current, etc.)
Update on the management of equipment maintenance
Collection of electricity bills and other energy sources (if available)
2. Analysis of results and reporting
Physical Audit report of electrical installations
Determination balance power facilities
Determination of consumer niches
Analysis of energy bills and other energy sources (if available)
Report Service Management
3. Recommendations
Establishing corrective action plan and continuous improvement
Development of a maintenance management plan of equipment (if non-existent) and proposed improvements (if any)
4 .Accompagnement
It will include:
provide technical support in terms of advice and monitoring on various plans held shares.
Assessing the impact of the energy bill each quarter
ad hoc training
As part of this program, AAFEX will cover 75% of the cost of the energy audit.
